eSIM didn’t work at all in Dominica…
eSIM didn’t work at all in Dominica despite it was advertised. Costumer support took forever to answer and they didn’t know what to do. Gave opposite suggestions and there was a whole chaos form their side clearly showing they don’t have any service in Dominica despite its advertised. I needed to buy other internet package just to stay in touch with them and they offered 2gb as compensation while I wasted much more time and money on the whole thing and the issue wasn’t resolved at all. Later it also wasn’t working in Puerto Rico. It was more like a bad joke not a consumer service. I do not recommend it at all.
