Worst courier company ever!
Received notification that my parcel was Out of Delivery, and exactly 13 mins later, received another notification saying that the delivery had failed which is highly unreasonable and suggests that there was no delivery attempt being made. Waited for 3 days, no updates on further delivery attempt; called the CS only was told that they will expedite the delivery and will update me. Tried to email their CS, and only to received an automated email from the Postmaster that the email was failed to deliver. And to date, no updates or calls are received, and my parcel is still nowhere to be found.
