I have been using Piktochart for more than 10 years, and it has consistently been an excellent tool. What I particularly appreciate is how the platform keeps evolving — they continuously improve features and regularly integrate new functionalities. The recent AI features, in particular, are very practical and genuinely useful in day-to-day work. However, what truly sets Piktochart apart is their outstanding customer service. Whenever something is unclear or goes wrong, their team responds quickly and effectively. A recent example says it all: I accidentally selected a business environment while I am a solo user, which resulted in an unexpected charge of nearly €700. As soon as I contacted them, they immediately understood it was a mistake and refunded the full amount without any hassle.
