I placed this order on November 2, 2025, eight days ago, and since then, I have received NOTHING... no order update, no tracking number, and certainly no product. I have been left completely in the dark. I sent an initial email asking for clarification and was met with total radio silence. After waiting DAYS with no response, I followed up with a second, firmer email demanding an immediate refund, and guess what? Still nothing. Zero communication. It is unbelievable that a company that sells seemingly good products (judging by the reviews) can have such utterly CRAP customer service. You clearly have my money, but you cannot be bothered to send a single status update or even acknowledge my refund request. This isn’t just a delay; it's a profound failure of basic business operations. Ulanzi: I demand an immediate and full refund for order ULANZI164493.
