Petlibro doc stream/wet food feeder
I want to start by saying I own multiple petlibro feeders dry and wet and the doc stream. So I really rave about the petlibro products. I had an issue and contacted petlibro for help. My customer service representative was Alexa and she was wonderful. I had previously spoke to another representative Jenny and she tried to help me troubleshoot. Which I was very appreciative. Then I called back again and I got Alexa and she asked me a bunch of questions for my feeder and she asked me a bunch of questions about my cats dock stream because I was having issues. Turns out it was user error for the water fountain, and that issue has now been resolved thanks to her knowledge on the petlibro products. Anywho she resolved both of my issues and listened to my problems that I was having. Overall great customer service thank you petlibro customer service team!
