Mia was a huge help !!
Mia was a huge help !!! I ordered a flipper knife from a facebook add and was connected to Grand kitchen, and completed the order , and was super happy when the knife only took 20 days to get to me , huge bonus!!! The knife turned out to be a knockoff of another brand so I wanted return it . Mia was the one who got it done for me , she emailed me almost every day , and even said she was able to negotiate a deal with her supervisor where they would allow her to offer a 50 % refund and I would keep the knife , and she would only pay 20% of her own money , and the company would pay 30% !? I can’t thank Mia enough ! Thank you
