Had an Issue with a Livesteam HO Loco.Reached out to Customer Service and they gave me constant support, answered all my emails, and never gave up on assisting me.It turns out when the machining of the brass steam ports was produced, there were some brass shavings in the cylinder, but all was worked out.Now the loco runs perfectly for hours on end. I have purchased from Stirling Kit a few times, and it is always a pleasure shopping there. Thank you, Stirling Kit. Robert.G.
