Great 3-day CSM course. The meeting started on time; I like the 15 minute breaks instead of taking a 45-minute lunch break, a good use of classroom instruction and learning. Giora Morein shared his knowledge and expertise. I would recommend this course. Thank you, Dr. Doreen
