I will update once I know what is happening with my refund Major major issues appear once you request a refund, theyve had my item returned for 6 weeks now still no refund. They use delay tactics over and over to stop the refund, its now been escalated to parties to investigate them and then intervene. They use every excuse in the book to stop them refunding you. Avoid them like the plague if you value your hard earned money Will update in due course Disgusting company ***reply to update from whatgeek You.know quite well who I am our emails have been ongoing for 5 months now with you mailing me as recent as friday, still no refund. You then tried to switch to PayPal then didnt share your details! As you already know, its in hands of the bank anf consumer ombudsman and will be dealt with accordingly Your reputation was already bad reading the reviews on here and I certainly wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from your company as the lies and deceit since asking for a refund is disgraceful. You have the goods AND my money
