Buyer beware- I bought a cool looking dress for wife as an Anniversary gift. It said it took 9-15 days arrival… Around that time, I started checking with customer service. Never could make contact and even tried the Chinese phone number ( only one given) and unsure if it was working. On day 24, I found an obscure customer service chat box… and was told my order was out of stock and I would have to choose something else and it would be shipped in another 21 days. I did get my money back after I insisted multiple times. I will never order from them again and will check reviews and customer service availability, first, from any company going forward! Again, Buyer be ware!
