Stay away from Bellhops
Stay away from Bellhops. We booked a move in which we should have gotten a team of three people. Only two showed up. They then claimed they couldn’t move any of the large pieces of furniture because they would need a third person. As a result of this, we had to hire a second moving company to complete the move. Additional costs for us. Bellhops then only wanted to provide a refund of $114!!! Unacceptable. This company has a pattern of poor service. Take a look at their Better Business Bureau profile. They have an F rating. Multiple complaints. They manipulate the Google ratings to make it seem that they get glowing reviews. Lies!!! Horrible company. I’ve filed a complaint with the Transportation department. Hopefully, they a closer look at this “moving broker”.
