Withholding money
Dear (future/possible) buyer, My advice would be to not order at this webshop. If the delivery fails due to their delivery company they will not inform you. When you then contact their customer service they tend to get personal, will not provide a solution and when presenting the facts and point them to their own policy they will ignore you. At the end of a week long's discussion they did not charge me for the "extra costs", they will just withhold your money and even more then the actual shipping costs are. My experience was disappointing and upsetting to say the least and to failure of an external company they kept about €50,00 for their convenience.
