- 200 do not book with Agoda My earlier review I was waiting for a refund and advised to email my details though as a response to my comment. I did this, surprise surprise no response!! I Called again this morning to be told - wait for it - the 3rd party supplier is waiting on THEIR supplier to confirm the booking and can I wait 24 hours. It’s been a week. Are you asking them by pigeon post? I’ve now repeatedly asked for a refund. You owe me $1900. I want my refund and don’t bother replying to this comment with a sorry or please email and all that soft serve pat pat look at us actioning complaints. I did. I emailed the email in your comment and received your non existent service. Sorry doesn’t pay my card back.

If I could rate them -100 I would. First the booking was pending yet they took 1900 off my card. PENDING. So I called Agoda and the hotel. I have no booking. Do. Not. Use. This site or app. Just don’t. You will end up on the phone or app chat being passed around and asked to “wait for confirmation from a third party provider”. The booking magically changed to confirmed. I contacted the hotel again - nope no booking. I’ve asked for a full refund - I’m waiting. Not very hopeful. I contacted the hotel directly via phone and email got written confirmation I did not have a booking passed that to Agoda who proceeded to give me the run around “please wait for our third party provider”. They have until 10pm tonight to issue a full refund or I’ll be laying fraud charges. The amount of hassle and stress is just not worth it.
