Decent prices but unclear extra charges
I booked my hotels with this platform because the prices were lower compared to other sites with the “Pay Later” feature as I could not confirm my travel plan yet. However, I was disappointed to find out later that the “Pay Later” option ended up costing more due to currency differences — something that wasn’t mentioned clearly during checkout. It felt a bit misleading, and I wish the extra charges were made transparent upfront. Overall, the service is okay, but the hidden cost affected my experience.
