This costume was a complete letdown
This costume was a complete letdown. The measurements were nowhere near what was advertised, and when I complained, customer service brushed me off with excuses about “tolerances.” Even with their so‑called tolerance, the sizing was way off. What makes this experience even worse is the return policy: you have to pay for the return yourself, and since the company is based in China, the shipping costs are higher than the price of the costume. That’s outrageous. I’m angry, disappointed, and feel cheated. Definitely not a shop I would ever recommend.
