The online purchase product was severely damaged when received. The customer service department refused to respond and when they finally did, they refused to replace or refund the purchase. This was an expensive purchase and even though I do like the product offerings of the gallery, I would never do business with them again and even 1/10 the price that they are charging. The customer service is nonexistence. They’re not a trustworthy company and not honest. There’s a reason why their storage disappeared, and they will disappear online also because of extremely poor ethics and business practices.
