Do not use this company
Do not use this company. They state Free Returns on their website, but they will not accept the return of goods for a refund. Instead they offer partial refunds and suggest you take the goods to a charity shop! Their last offer is that we “damage” the goods and send photos of the damage. They will then review the photos and arrange a refund! I would imagine they will then claim the damage has been caused by us and refuse a refund! With regards the response from this company below, their response is total rubbish. We have continually tried requesting a refund from “support@stunahome” and they simply respond offering 20% refund, or instructing us to damage the goods and send a photo. They even sent us a photo of what damaged goods look like! This company is the worse I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. If it wasn’t some foreign organisation it would have been done for fraud as it breaches Trading Standards. Their own Returns Policy states they offer full refunds as does their website, but they don’t. They do NOT provide refunds. They are a total SCAM.
