Finally expense reporting that doesn’t feel like a chore
I’ve used a lot of expense tools over the years, and most of them feel like they were built by accountants for accountants. Expensify is the first one that actually feels like it was built for people who just want to get reimbursed without thinking about it. The SmartScan feature is the standout. Snap a picture, and it pulls in the details accurately more often than not. That alone saves a ton of time. I also like how easy it is to submit reports and keep things organized without digging through menus. Where it really stands out is simplicity. You don’t need a manual to use it, and it doesn’t slow you down when you’re traveling or juggling multiple expenses. If I had one ask, it would be occasional tweaks to categorization and edge cases, but nothing that gets in the way of daily use. Overall, it just works. And that’s the whole point.
