Shame I can't put zero stars
If I could put zero stars, i would. Stunahome dont want to give any more than a 20% refund for what they should be refunding fully. A customer is allowed to try something on, then request a full refund if its not right. They seem to get away with it. I will buy nothing else from them. Shame they can't be listed as a scam company. I think they false advertise and make out their stuff is better quality than it is. A message for stunahome - once a customer discovers what sort of company you are, they will never go back, and stick to their usual companies that they know are legit. You end up losing custom, and losing out. And today is my birthday.
