Certified Scrum Master Learning Experience
I recently completed the Certified Scrum Master course, and it was an excellent learning experience. The content was clear, practical, and very well structured. I especially appreciated how the instructor (Joel Bancroft-Connors)connected each Scrum concept to real-world scenarios, making it easier to understand how to apply Scrum effectively within a team. The interactive activities—like sprint planning exercises, backlog refinement sessions, and mock retrospectives—helped reinforce the material and made the course engaging throughout. Joel encouraged questions, provided thoughtful answers, and created an environment where everyone felt comfortable participating. I now feel far more confident in my understanding of Scrum roles, events, artifacts, and values. The course has already helped me improve collaboration within my team and my work with a more agile mindset. Overall, this was a highly valuable learning experience, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of Scrum or improve their team’s agility.
