I'd give RedteaGo a solid 5/5 Star after a month of use
I used it in Tokyo. The speed wasn't super-fast, and some of the plans are just LTE, not 5G. For daily stuff, it was fine, but it got a bit slow on the subway. If speed is a big deal for you, just contact their support to Change to a Other plan (I heard they've updated everything to 5G Plan for Japan now, anyway). The main reason I rate it so high is the price. RedteaGo is the cheapest eSIM I've ever used! Honestly, the low price completely makes up for any small issues, so I still give it a great rating.
