The products are of good quality
The products are of good quality. Some of the pants come branded with different labels, which to me suggests that Omirad must be working as some sort of intermidiery between different designers? The products are chinese, but they are well produced which is fine (no polyester). One jeans came torn away with a big hole, Omirad was very quick to respond and initially offered to send me a new pair which I declined as I preffered to repair the one I have already. They gave me a nice discount for my next purchase instead. The customer service feels very quick, responsive and willing to help customers.
