**1 Star – £179 Wasted, Requesting a Refund** I purchased the UGREEN Revodok Max 13-in-1 Thunderbolt 4 Docking Station for £179, but unfortunately it does not work as advertised. I have tested it with a Dell Latitude 7430 and another laptop, using different cables and configurations, but the issues remain: * Only one monitor works when connecting two displays. * The DisplayPort output does not work. * USB devices stop working when using the rear ports. * My laptop repeatedly shows USB error messages when the dock is connected. I contacted UGREEN support by email with full details of the problems, but after multiple attempts I have received no proper response or solution. For a £179 product, this level of reliability and support is unacceptable. The docking station appears to be faulty, and I would like a full refund rather than a replacement. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
