Sales Commission vs Customer Care
The sales rep was more focused on losing her sales commission during my repeated efforts to get them file a lost mail claim and allow me to reorder. The order was stock in transit at one location for approx 70 days which does not make sense! All the other orders I placed after that one was delivered successfully on-time yet she would not assist.
