Ive used Renogy my whole solar life. My RBM500 battery monitor started beeping me and showed me incorrect data. I contacted Renogy with the information and added more info as they requested for their engineering department. Long story short they gave me more correct parameters for my system. Bingo! Everything's fine, my 100w panels, Renogy Wanderer charge controller, and RBM500 monitor and batteries are humming along thanks to Jillian N. who was dedicated knowledgeable and swift. Hats off to Renogy!!
