BlockchainFX’s Claimed “Regulation” Conflicts With an Official Central Bank Warning

Before buying into BlockchainFX, I strongly encourage people to translate the official communiqué published by the Banque Centrale des Comores (Central Bank of the Comoros), dated 15 June 2022 on their government domain or by copy and pasting this into google “ Banque Centrale des Comores, anjouan offshore finance authority, communique”. In that document, the Central Bank explicitly states that: • The Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (AOFA) • The Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) • The Comoros International Banking Authority (CIBA) are not real regulators, have no legal authority to issue banking or financial licenses, and that any institutions claiming authorization under those bodies are operating outside the law. BlockchainFX refers to licensing connected to Anjouan/Comoros, the exact jurisdictions highlighted in the Central Bank warning. The Central Bank’s communiqué is unambiguous: only the Central Bank itself can authorize any financial institution, and the bodies listed above — including AOFA — are described as fictitious or illegitimate. Given this direct conflict between BlockchainFX’s stated regulatory position and what the Comorian Central Bank officially recognizes, I believe users deserve full transparency. The information in that communiqué raises extremely serious questions about the regulatory foundation BlockchainFX claims to rely on. To avoid misunderstandings: these are not my allegations — these are statements directly from the Central Bank of the Comoros, publicly published and verifiable. Anyone considering depositing funds should absolutely read that communiqué and decide for themselves whether BlockchainFX’s claimed licensing is compatible with what the official regulator of Comoros declares valid.
