CarAct’s customer service and products for my 2011 Lexus LX570 have been phenomenal. I ordered the VCA1110 2008–2015 Lexus LX570 Tune Into TRD Style Body Kit in 2024, and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The customer service, communication, shipping updates, and quality of the parts were some of the best I’ve experienced in today’s market. Every inquiry email was answered, and they kept me informed from the time my order shipped to every stop along the way. They even went above and beyond by painting the parts that weren’t black, saving me the extra hassle. I also had a part for my rear spoiler that was lost due to adhesive tape issues. I was willing to pay for the replacement, but CarAct shipped the part to me fast and completely free. That kind of service is rare.
