I had a very poor experience with Backpack. They don’t provide any option to cancel an order. Their customer support email did not respond for over two days, and their hotline number was switched off. I needed to cancel an order urgently, but there was no way to reach them. When they finally replied after two days, they informed me that the order could not be canceled and that a refund was not possible.
