Up until today…
Up until today my experience has been wonderful. Everyone has been very professional, I’ve been pleased with the lowered prices and the flexibility with the choice of plans. However today I had a very difficult time trying to purchase the single month plan for maintenance. The person I chatted with kept telling me I needed to purchase a multi month plan, which led me to wonder if your employees are on commissions. I felt pressured and I hope that’s not the case.
