The merchandise I have purchased online was of poor quality and not like the picture has shown. It took 5 email exchanges to have a return address in China given to me to ship for return. Based on the language, it seems there are no guarantees to receive a refund. This is my worst online experience ever. Customer service is not to assist but to find a way to make you keep the merchandise. The Merchant is not trustworthy.
