I wasn’t able to select upgraded shipping on my order, shipping which used to be free w/ minimum purchase amount by the way, and now I can’t even pay for the privilege. Anytime I get excited by a business or business practice, it seems I always end up getting let down when (likely) corporate greed stops what was a business practice that made the customer feel special or valued.
