Fast, Kind and The Best Customer Service Team
This is the second time I've purchased a service manual from eManualOnline, and it's truly a fantastic website. This time, I encountered a problem: the manual I bought didn't cover my car's engine code as stated in the description. I contacted customer service and explained my issue. They were incredibly understanding and patient. They asked me for the correct information for my Audi to ensure I received the correct manual, and even showed me where to find the information sticker in my car, as I couldn't locate it. After I sent them a photo of the information sticker, they replied with the correct and improved service manual, which has been very helpful. This service team deserves more than 5 stars.
