Marked My Package as Delivered, but I Never Received It
Terrible experience with this company. The delivery agent, showed a complete lack of professionalism: he rarely answers the phone and, when he does, he is arrogant and raises his voice. For three days he has been saying “I’m on my way,” but he never arrives. The company itself also doesn’t answer calls, doesn’t reply to messages, and provides poor customer support. To make things worse, they marked the parcel as “delivered” on their website even though I did not receive it, completely unacceptable. This company is: 1. Not professional 2.Not transparent 3.Not responsibility 4. Extremely poor service I truly hope no one goes through what I'm going through. I absolutely do not recommend this company.
