#CAM76182 6th working day of waiting for my phone
I've ordered since 14 Nov 2025 and until now still no tracking number provided. I emailed them a couple times but only received the same updates which is my phone is still in the processing and quality control stage. It's frustrating because it was stated that it takes 3-5 working days, and even on the 5th day I had to ask for an update. My order is #CAM76182 Please Compasia take this seriously I need to use a phone this is very draining. Update 25/11/2025: Today had been the 7th Working Day... (if you include the weekend I had to wait, it's already 9 days...) Update 26/11/2025: 10th Day of waiting for my device. Nothing. No tracking link, nothing. I'm asking for a refund tomorrow if no news atall as today's my last straw. I need to use a phone. Update 27/11/2025: I've decided to cancel my order and proceed with my refund. I had to wait for more than 10 days and I'm truly disappointed and unsatisfied. Waiting for them to confirm my refund request. idk what to say. im deeply disappointed
