Caregiver app wasn’t loading new messages
I was helped by Julia in customer care to fix an issue I was experiencing with the caregiver app. Everything was working fine on my kids phones, but my caregiver account wasn’t loading new messages from one of my kids phones. I text back and forth with Julia letting her know what was going on, she had me do a few things to the phone and it fixed my issue. It was quick and easy and they ensured me that my son hadn’t been able to find a workaround like I initially thought! Thankful for how easy it was to fix that issue by texting customer care.
