In my opinion, you should avoid this site at all costs. I ordered a scooter for my brother and, shockingly, after only a month of light use, it snapped in half.Their customer service was just as disappointing. At first, they replied quickly when they wanted the faulty scooter returned, but once they had it, everything slowed to a crawl. It’s now been seven weeks, and despite the product being under warranty, I still haven’t received a replacement. Their replies became slower and slower, and now they’ve stopped responding entirely.Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this site. Absolutely terrible.
