I have used collective for a couple months now and I have had to time and again ask them to recatagorize transactions to which they say they will change in "the future". If it were up to them all of our transactions would be catagorized as meals. I would not renew or waste time as I have had to review and message constantly about things being catagorized incorrectly and the issue is never resolved.
