Terrible customer service and delivery times. Clueless
Ordered a phone based on delivery time versus cost of delivery, Huge difference in DHL and the others. Picked a 10-14 day delivery. 5 days after ordering, I messaged the Manager at SUNSKY Mrs. Lemon. She said I pick a bad delivery company from HK, not secure with phones. They take 45 days + arrival ! I told her, the buyer has to fill in the ship to location to get quotes. She replied back with a laughing emoji and said only shipping within China is 10-14 days. I get deliveries from other Chinese companies free and in 7-10 days, in Colombia. It should be by air, its only a cell phone.I just did a dispute on my CC and to this day, it has never show as shipped. Not sure who is doing favorable reviews when the manager does not even know how her shipping works and why give the buyer an option to pick a known bad company? DHL shipping was nearly equal to the phones purchase price.
