My Temu package was handled and "delivered" by them. However, I never saw the package in the delivered address (apartment mailroom) following the photo instructions. When I tried to contact them, I kindly provided my address for them to check, but I left a typo in unit number. They caught this typo and kept saying because I left the wrong address and it's my fault. Even I clarified they still said I should change my address in system. It doesn't matter which unit it is as long as it's the mailroom of my apartment. The communication was so bad with poor understanding. The customer service kept shirking responsibility.
