They were great even if the lamp didn't meet my exceptions
I bought a lamp, but It didn't encountered my expectations. I wanted to send it back, but shipment's costs were very high. At the end they gave me a 40% discount and I will try to use the lamp for a Christmas gift. They were great in managing my disappointment and finding a win-win solutions. When you buy pay attention to the material description.
