I am compelled to share my extremely negative experience with Tongling Nextool Technology Co., Ltd. (NEXTOOL) to warn others about their unprofessional conduct and low-quality products. Initially drawn to their offerings due to the promise of high-quality tooling solutions, we introduced them to other customers and facilitated business connections. However, our faith in them was severely misplaced. They not only failed to deliver on their promises but also effectively bypassed us, accumulating a commission of around $15,000 USD that they never paid. This blatant disregard for our partnership and the trust we placed in them is absolutely unacceptable. Upon receiving the tooling, we discovered that the materials did not match the promised specifications. Instead of high-grade German steel, we received what was clearly low-quality Chinese steel, which quickly showed signs of rusting. Within a very short period, multiple dies broke, severely disrupting our manufacturing process and causing significant financial loss. They outright blocked us and did not respond to our emails or phone calls. This level of unprofessionalism highlights their fraudulent practices.
