Best prices, but a slow and insecure process.
I've been a customer for more than a year, and only once have I had an issue with a code. It eventually resolved itself — the codes didn't work for three days and, after a lot of trial and error with different support teams, the game suddenly accepted them. The main problem was that I couldn't use my bank card. The payment was declined five times despite having enough funds, EU-region enabled, and BankID confirming successfully. Support didn’t really address the root cause, which was frustrating. I was forced to switch to another payment method and contact support again the next day so the code was delivered by the support team and not the system. So no — nothing here works automatically; it often requires extra effort to get things through. Livecards also keeps changing websites and systems, and I can’t even log in to my old account anymore. The password isn’t accepted and the “forgot password” function does nothing. Support wasn’t able to restore access either. That said, the prices are good — and that’s what ultimately makes it worth it.
