It took a minute with text messages to recieve my mailer kit. Not the company's fault, but due to error on condo's unit number. Evidently 3M is not M3😅. Once I got my kit and sent my jewlery in. It went super fast. I swear they gave me my appraisal with in 24 hours of receiving. During our communications, I was given a short video to watch. It explained how they do the appraisal process which was helpful and interesting. Any questions I asked were replied quickly.
