Customer service is responsive and reliable so far. They have also delivered the free lessons as promised. I like how the composition class scaffolds the learning — from getting kids to understand the pictures, to thinking about story line and beefing up the story. This progressive approach is helpful for my son. He feels that he is learning. However, one topic requires 4 lessons and there's assignment so it is quite intensive. Also like that the class is within 1 hour as we are very particular about screen time. Overall, would strongly recommend to Singapore parents. Not to mention, it is budget friendly for a 1-1 lesson.
