Only giving 1 star because I have to. Bought a music game from an insta advert (I’ve learned not to do that!) and it arrived with loads of mistakes - clearly created by someone who doesn’t speak English, or badly used AI. Asked to return for refund and they refused. Then discovered they’d charged me £5 more than the total. When I accused them of theft and threatened the police they refunded £5, but are refusing to refund for the faulty product.
