Don’t use TRIAL
First of all: I’m pretty annoyed by the performance, too. I had way greater ping with it. But the bigger issue for me is a major red flag I discovered: it's nearly impossible to reach their SUPPORT. Honestly my particular problem might not initially have been their fault. (I might have made a mistake in cancelling the trial period in time.. although I thought it was in time but they billed me about 3 days later anyway.) I requested a refund via iCloud then, but it was denied (never had this before). Then I tried to contact them. First and foremost there doesn’t really exist an easy way to get in touch with them. I had to install discord and try emailing and even inapp feedback. Not a single channel replied, not even an automated confirmation. I have to conclude that the company is risky and definitely not trustworthy.
