Code was already used, refused to provide a working one
I initially purchased a Steam key for 2,000JPY as I wasn’t 100% sure this site was legitimate. However, this code worked perfectly. I then purchased a 5,000JPY Steam key. This time, steam informed me that the code had already been used. I reached out to SEAGM support and provided several screenshots to support my case. SEAGM quickly responded with “Our records confirm that the code was valid at the time of sale.” It wasn’t valid. I wasn’t seeking a refund. I just wanted the code I PAID for.
