Please read all of these 1 star reviews before buying!
I wish I had found this site to read all of the negative reviews before I got sucked in. I went with Zinstall because my husband had a flawless conversion from a Win10 laptop to a new Win11 one. Why would I question it? My experience was the opposite. It took me 2.5 weeks of poor/insulting/nonexistent customer support before I gave up and bought a different product for 1/3 the price. I pestered them for a refund and was ghosted (I was actually hung up on once and phone not answered another time) or told they would send my case to another dept. I finally got my bank involved and within a short time I received a credit for the full amount I paid. Never heard a word from the company. Stay away!
