Amazing customer service! Through no fault of SpeedCubeShop's or my own, my order's shipping address was entered incorrectly. Once I realized the error, I reached out and heard back soon from Steve S. I went back and forth with Steve for a few days, trying to come up with a solution. My experience with Steve is exactly what I aim for in my own Customer Support role: fast responses, friendly and professional language, a proactive solution presented to the customer for consideration, and the willingness to have an ongoing conversation to get to the best result. This wasn't the easiest situation, and Steve handled it beautifully!! Ultimately, my order was returned, I was fully refunded, and I placed a fresh order. My nephew LOVES the gifts he received.
