Redemption voided with no clear rules – very frustrating experience
I had a very frustrating time trying to redeem $104 from this sweepstakes casino. My redemption was canceled, and I only got $85 back. When I reached out to support, they said the bonus wasn’t “played and won,” but never explained what that meant. I kept asking them a simple question: how am I supposed to play the bonus so my redemption isn’t voided? They never gave a clear answer. Instead, they said things like the system can tell if you “only played to convert it into a redeemable balance” and that you need to play in a way that counts as “normal gameplay.” The main issue is there are no clear rules. There’s no stated playthrough requirement, no guidelines, and nothing you can measure. All they give are vague statements about what their system “detects.” To make it worse, the system let me submit a redemption, then canceled it afterward, which feels misleading. From what I saw, they can deny winnings based on their own judgment instead of clear rules. I played through the bonus, but it still got flagged. Support just kept repeating the same scripted answers and wouldn’t explain anything. I get that bonuses have conditions, but those rules should be clear and consistent. This wasn’t the case.
